Returns & Refunds: In general it is at the SOLE Discretion of our companies Manufacturers to decide if a return or refund will be permitted. In most cases our manufacturers Will Not Allow Returns or Refunds on any purchase. In the case a Return or Refund is approved, the following terms apply. Terms: 35% restocking fee and applicable shipping charges are deducted from any returned/refunded items. All returns must be made within 24 hours (business days) of receipt of product. We will not accept ANY returns which are not shipped back immediately. Returned Items can not be worn or used, removed from packaging or exchanged out for others. Returns are not allowed on any GOLD PLATED ITEMS.

We do not permit international orders to be placed online. We do accept Western Union, Money Gram and Green Dot Money Pak from International Customers. A flat shipping fee applies due to high cost of flat rate postal fees overseas.

Order processing time is 2-3 business days upon receipt of payment, Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. Total turn around time is approx 5- 7 business days. Not including weekends or holidays.

We offer 5 Jewelry Collections #1. Genuine 10kt Yellow or White Gold Plate over Brass. Is not known to tarnish as long as proper use and care is applied. Do not shower or excessively sweat, swim in pool etc. Also do not use liquid jewelry cleaners or jewelers cloths. Store in air tight ziploc bag when not in use. We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges on gold plated items due to manufacturers policies. #2. Genuine 10kt Yellow or White Gold Plate over Sterling Silver: Will not tarnish. #3. 1/10th Genuine 10kt Gold & 9/10th's Genuine Sterling Silver (Not plated): Will not tarnish #4. 5% Genuine 10kt Gold and 95% Genuine Sterling Silver (Not plated): Will not tarnish. #5. Genuine 10kt Gold (Not plated): Will not tarnish.
